Turn Left, Turn Right Or Walk Straight Ahead

Now my name is Keisha and I was talking to this twenty one year old and im only sixteen. Things were going pretty good at first until he did something that kind of threw my head off. After i told old dude what he did wasnt cool, he was like im sorry ma. Now its been about three weeks since the incident and the first week i continuously called him and he didnt pick up sp i was like fuck it. I knew his birthday was like that next week. So i called from my house phone and for the first time he picked up and after i wished him a happy birthday he told me to call him back at eight. So i did and his sister picked up and was like he stepped outside. I was like whatever im done fuck him. So yesterday about 30min before new years he decided to call me and he was all casual with the shit, I started in on his ass and he was like i was waiting for u to call or watever bcuz his MOMS got a supposed to be block on the house phone to where only somebody can call in (cannot make outgoing phone calls). And yes this nigga still live wit his moms and the only reason i continued talking to him is because he has major ambition, determination, and goals in life............But n-e-way he was just like i wanted to see where yo head is at or whatever and i was like thats bullshit and he was like i didnt even get a call and i was like i did call u. So im pissed that this nigga just fucked up my new years, shit now im starting off with men drama at the beginning of the year. Like plz give me advice on this situation im so confused i dont know to turn left or to turn right. Like should I continue to talk to him as a friend, start back where we left it, or drop his ass
